Suggestions / Feedback

This form should be used to submit suggestions, feedback, complaints or compliments via an online form designed to prioritise listening.

Users may exercise their right to be heard, and in this context, the University considers the collection of such feedback to be important because:

it enables us to improve our services;

it allows us to put in place remedies and corrective or preventative measures;

it serves as a means of monitoring the quality of the services provided more generally;

it recognises the value of positive feedback.

A ‘complaint’ refers to any grievance addressed to the University and justified by the failure to provide, or the poor provision of, a service or benefit by a department of the University of Siena;

a ‘suggestion’ refers to any proposal addressed to the University aimed at promoting measures to improve standards of effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality;

a ‘report’ means any communication made to the University to highlight a service failure, an incident or an activity that was irregular or unsuccessful;

‘praise’ means any expression of satisfaction in relation to a service provided, an incident and/or a positive experience.
