Language proficiency

Language proficiency

During their studies students must acquire at least level B2 proficiency in English.

Level B2 proficiency in the English language is demonstrated by presenting an international certificate approved by the University or by obtaining an equivalent qualification at the University Language Centre.

Preliminary LATIN LANGUAGE exam

Students who must take their first exam in Latin language and literature must pass a preliminary written exam to assess proficiency in the Latin language.

This rule also applies to students enrolled in the second cycle degree programme who did not take any Latin language and literature exams during their first cycle studies and to those enrolling in a single course.

Students from other universities do not have to pass the written exam if their recognized exams include credits in academic field-discipline L-FIL-LET/04.
